Since the middle-ages, Rocamadour has been visited by noble and anomymous pilgrims. They stopped off in Rocamadour on the way to Santiago de Compostella.
3 Levels
Rocamadour is divided into three levels that reflect medieval society in general. The knights in the Castle at the top, The religious clerics in the middle, and the lay workers down near the river.
